ISO Management System Maintenance Service includes:
- Conduct an external audit report review released by Certification agency to assess the present situation.
- Review the present system and procedures and make necessary changes to close out external audit NCR’s.
- Identify opportunities for improving organization’s management System. Review the existing organization structure and job description of the organization to ensure standard compliance.
- Schedule internal audits, organize internal auditor’s selection and facilitate all internal auditing needs. This includes maintaining an annual internal audit plan.
- Assigning corrective actions against noncompliance’s follow up on target dates. Closing NC's and reporting results to the management.
- Organize & facilitate the management review meeting. This will be a quarterly activity to ensure that the management system is working effectively. Responsibilities will include preparing an agenda. Collecting information for the management and recording minutes and action items. Follow up on the results of the review will also be covered.
- Handling all external certification audits and subsequent corrective actions.
- Define the risk & opportunity and develop acceptable action plan to treat the risk.
